The decision to hire a labor doula is one of the best steps on your journey to having a positive and
empowering birth experience.
- * 2 personalized prenatal meetings. One educational meeting is done virtually, the next meeting is in the comfort of your home to discuss physical preparation for birth, past experience, birth philosophy, assistance finding a supportive provider, talking through birth options and guidance figuring out birth your birth preferences.
We go deep into your needs, expectations and goals and we establish a plan for the type of support that will help you feel prepared and confident as you work on achieving your goals. - * A constant access to your doula via messages and phone calls, whenever you have any questions and need support.
- * Your doula will be on call for you weeks before your estimated due date.
- * A back up doula and the opportunity to connect with her.
- * Professional and compassionate support during labor that reduces fear and increases strength.
Your doula trusts her intuition as she watches your body and listens to you and strives to create a supportive and empowering environment. - * Immediate postpartum support and assistance with baby feeding.
Your doula will stay for 1-2 hrs following the birth to make sure that you are well cared and you’re confident to handle the coming days. - * Postpartum meeting within the first couple days or weeks to reflect on your birth experience, provide emotional support and assist with baby feeding and infant care.
She’ll be able to answer your questions regarding infant care, mother care and she’ll provide compassionate care to assist in your healing and wellbeing.

'CONFIDENT BIRTH' BASIC PACKAGE
This package includes everything mentioned above.
2 prenatal meetings- one educational virtual meeting, one in person meeting. On call availability and a back up doula secured. Labor support and one postpartum meeting.
Price for this package is $1600
'SUPPORTED CESAREAN' PACKAGE
Yes, you see right. We wholeheartedly believe that a professional support during a planned Cesarean Section is invaluable. This package includes 1 prenatal meeting to discuss the plan, the fears, your postpartum support plan and other expectations.
Your doula will take photographs if desired. She will attend you and help you get settled. She will be there through the whole time in the OR or waiting outside, providing support to your partner. In case of emergency she will be able to accompany you or your baby, whichever you choose, so that neither of you is alone. She will provide support for your partner after birth. She will assist with feeding and caring for the baby as needed and desired.
Postpartum meeting as described above is included as well.

'CONFIDENT BIRTH' VIRTUAL PACKAGE
This package includes everything that the ‘Confident Birth’ Basic Package includes, except it is 100% virtual. Every meeting is virtual and labor support is virtual as well.
When you choose the virtual package, one of the meetings will include extensive education about the birth process, labor and pushing positions and also in depth learning about comfort measures so that your birth partner knows exactly what to do as he/she is guided by me virtually.
Your doula is on call for your birth and available virtually for the whole labor through postpartum as much or as little in whichever form ( text, call, video chat… ).
This package is available if in person support is not possible due to distance or a sickness.
